Brucknerfest Linz 2026. Concerts, creative stations, guided tours, musical workshops and many other great program items as well as family-friendly food in the BRUCKNER'S restaurant.
More than almost any other concert hall, the Brucknerhaus Linz is itself a 'body of sound' in the best sense of the word. With its simple yet concise floor plan in the shape of a segment of a circle, the building designed by Finnish architects Kaija and Heikki Sirén not only resonates harmoniously in the terrain that connects the city center and the Danube, its shape, which is based on the arrangement of an orchestra, also forms the keynote for the stages and auditoriums of the Great and Middle Halls inside. The Brucknerhaus is speaking, singing architecture! So it is only logical that it should be 'on stage' itself on this year's Monument Day: in the form of sounds, talks, architectural tours and a few surprises worthy of a monument, the Brucknerfest Linz, together with the Federal Monuments Office, invites you to (re)discover the impressively obvious and the surprisingly unknown of this unique building.Untere Donaulände 7, 4010 Linz
