Between the church of St. Johann and the collegiate basilica there is the "Florianiweg", an approx. half-hour hiking route that offers silence, experience with nature and contemplative moments on the martyrdom of the patron saint of our monastery and our village at the same time.
Along this route, there are stations for pausing. At modern meditation boards, impulses from the testimony of faith of St. Florian are presented 'before your eyes' which can be internalized while continuing the walk.

The beautification association has been working in the former kitchen garden of the monastic Meierhof of St Florian's Abbey since 1970. Over the past four decades, a flourishing park has developed, which has been known as the "Literature Garden" since 2004. Clay plaques with quotes from writers accompany visitors as they walk through the floral splendour. The gardener Augustinus Klein is responsible for the constant renewal of the design. The collegiate church in the background forms the backdrop for this green gem.
