Stefan Fadinger Festival - Ecumenical service on the anniversary of Fadinger's death
The Stefan Fadinger Festival honors the 400th anniversary of the Upper Austrian farmer leader's death and combines remembrance with lively folk culture. An ecumenical service with Bishop Dr. Manfred Scheuer and Superintendent Dr. Gerold Lehner will commemorate Fadinger's work. At the same time, the 50th anniversary of the Stefan Fadinger farmers' group will be celebrated. A varied program with speeches, a historical market, contributions from local and traditional costume groups and a specialist lecture invites visitors to experience history and tradition together.
