Wolfgang Muthspiel Chamber Trio at the Meierhof Klam

Guitarist Wolfgang Muthspiel comes to the Meierhof in Klam with his Chamber Trio.

The Chamber Trio's declared aim is to weave an interactive, polyphonic musical network that embraces the intimacy and transparency of chamber music formations without compromising on rhythmic power and playfulness.

All three musicians share a distinct feeling for sound culture, which enables them to elicit numerous different timbres from their instruments. They are also great improvisers, united by the joy of creating music in the moment. This means that there is always a certain amount of risk involved in making music and makes every concert a unique snapshot.

As in all jazz ensembles, the balance between improvised spontaneity of the musicians and long-lasting formative musical structures is the key to success.
