The work acquisitions of the Province of Upper Austria 2024.

Since 1947, the province of Upper Austria has supported artists by purchasing their works for the province's collection. Since 2009, the KUNSTSAMMLUNG has been responsible for their scientific processing, publication and lending in the Artothek. It thus provides a comprehensive insight into the development of Upper Austrian artistic creation, for which the purchases are also intended as a special sign of appreciation.

This year's exhibition shows the latest art acquisitions from the 2024 juries, after which some of the works will be available for loan in the Artothek.
