Description:
From the hiking start (parking lot at Stadtgarten/kindergarten) we walk through Fischergasse, past the Karbrunnen, follow the Finstergrabenbach uphill to the edge of the forest and continue into Reith. Following the signposting, we proceed along a short, steep forest path until we reach the last station of the cross path. Following the markings, we go through the forest, over the forest road to the Brauner Farm. We follow the asphalt road, past the hiking trail junction (Donausteig, Steyregger Runde) and at a solitary oak tree, to the left past the barrier of the forest road, into the forest. About 0.5 km further, after a distinctive curve, we leave the forest road and go right up to the 3 Buchen Cross.Equipment:
