Partial lock: Pesenbach valley barrier

Description: Due to the rainfall and storms, many trees have fallen.
The Pesenbachtal is therefore starting from the Waldbad Bad Mühllacken only accessible up to the junction to the Schlagerwirt/Jägersteig .
From there up to the Kerzenstein is strictly forbidden until further notice due to the landslide and danger of falling rocks.
A time period cannot be set aside.

Following in Kneipp's footsteps, hikers can expect 5 inviting experience stations and power & cult places in the Pesenbachtal. 1st Danube Lake Highlight WAYS to HEALING

On Kneipp's tracks
The classic start begins in the village of Bad Mühllacken at the Waldbad and leads into the nature reserve Pesenbachtal. Already in Bad Mühllacken, the herb garden of the traditional Kneipp house is the 1st of 5 experience stations that make the 5 Kneipp pillar philosophy tangible.
Walking time: 50 min.
From the Waldbad/Bad Mühllacken to the Prälatensteig and back.

Power & cult places in the Pesenbachtal
A total of 23 well-signposted power places with detailed exercise instructions accompany you on your hike in the Pesenbachtal. The locations of the power places are marked by granite stones with an Aesculapian snake, the power animal of the Pesenbachtal.
Walking time: On Kneipp's footsteps and all 23 power places approx. 8 km ( can be shortened as desired!)

Walking in snow and slippery conditions in winter not recommended! No winter service!
