Top chef Paul Gürtler, who gave his name to the restaurant with bar & Greisslerei, has spent years travelling the world's cuisines - from South Africa to Brazil - to gather creative ideas.

The entire restaurant, the event location on the gallery and the Mediterranean terrace are available at any time of year for cocktail receptions, company parties and family celebrations.

In the open-air hotspot - paul's terrace - guests can relax and enjoy the view of St Mary's Cathedral. Thanks to the heating, it is a meeting place for fresh air fans almost all year round.
