Day 1 - Individual arrival in Untermühl
Your mountain bike vacation starts on the banks of the Danube in Untermühl. Check into your room and hand over your MTB tour documents at the hotel. As a welcome, you will be served a small Mühlviertler beer. Hotel example: Hotel-Gasthof Ernst in Untermühl

Day 2 - From Untermühl to Oberkappel, approx. 55 km, 1,600 altitude metres
Untermühl-Kleinzell-Obermühl-Lembach-Putzleinsdorf-Schlögener Donauschlinge-Niederranna-Hofkirchen-Pfarrkirchen-Castle Altenhof-Oberkappel. From Untermühl you climb right up the Donauleiten to Kleinzell, before it goes rapidly into the valley of the Kleine Mühl. Via Lembach you head towards Putzleinsdorf. Look forward to a real downhill into the Danube valley on your MTB tour in the Mühlviertel. After the village of Dorf, you will have a magnificent view of the famous Schlögener Donauschlinge. The mountain bike tour in Upper Austria continues along the Danube Cycle Path to Niederranna. At 500 altitude metres, the MTB route winds its way via Hofkirchen up to Pfarrkirchen (panoramic view). Now follows a rapid descent to the accommodation in Oberkappel for a welcome beer. Hotel example:: Hotel-Gasthof Süß in Oberkappel

Day 3 - From Oberkappel to Peilstein, approx. 55 km, 1,300 altitude metres
Oberkappel-Ameisberg-Kollerschlag-Kohlstatt-Golfpark Böhmerwald-Julbach-Peilstein. Today's highlight of the mountain bike tour Granitbierrunde is the Ameisberg (940 m), which you will conquer right at the beginning of your day's stage. Enjoy the beautiful panorama over the Mühlviertel on your MTB vacation. The MTB route in the Mühlviertel continues to Kollerschlag, where it then goes directly to the Bavarian-Austrian border to Kohlstatt. From here, leisurely mountain biking is the order of the day. Past the Golfpark Böhmerwald via Julbach (also called "Meran of the Mühlviertel") you will reach Peilstein with a beer greeting in the guest garden. Hotel example: Hotel Hubertushof in Peilstein

Day 4 - From Peilstein to Untermühl, approx. 50 km, 1,200 altitude metres, individual journey home
Peilstein-Brezerhaus-Sarleinsbach-Neufelden-Kleinzell-St. Martin-Untermühl. The last day of your MTB vacation in the Mühlviertel starts over the Kühstein to the village of Rutzersdorf. From here the mountain bike route leads on the Granitbierrunde on beautiful natural paths uphill and downhill to Sarleinsbach. You mountain bike past the beautiful natural swimming pool uphill to the village of Atzesberg, whereupon a beautiful descent via Maria Bründl to Neundling lies ahead of you. Hop fields line your path, which provide the natural product for the regional beer specialties. From Neufelden you descend to the reservoir of the Große Mühl. It's best to plan a detour to the Hofstetten brewery in St. Martin, where you can convince yourself of the quality of the Mühlviertel barley juice. The last kilometers are downhill to Untermühl, the starting point of the Granitbierrunde in the Mühlviertel. Luggage return by 5:30 p.m. at the latest.
