Wine and pleasure city tour

After a tour of the town with a Schärding guide, there is a documented cheese and wine tasting in the Vino Schärding wine shop. Schärding was once the cradle of the Schärding Dairy Association. Georg Wieninger (1859 to 1925), after whom a street is named today, played a key role in this and was particularly innovative. Among other things, Wieninger owned a large brewery, traded in property and founded the "First Tea Butter Sales Cooperative" in 1900.
