The Basilica of St. Lawrence is one of Enns' special sights. Built over the excavated foundations of a Roman palace, the church in its simple form is a remarkable Gothic testimony from the late Middle Ages. The excavations and artefacts from Roman times and Christianity, which are absolutely worth seeing, lead not only to Roman history, but also directly to the saints Florian and Severin.

We will show you the Roman excavations under the church and the entire basilica with its religious art treasures.
