When a cake that saw the light of day more than three centuries ago has become the symbol of a city, then it is only right to place it at the centre of a city tour. 

The question is, who invented this much-vaunted ‘queen of baroque baking’? Why did a cake manage to be on everyone's lips and be present at exciting moments for centuries?

All these questions and stories will ensure that you take this (miracle) cake to your heart. 
Beyond the art of baking, this cake has also managed to penetrate the realms of art and craftsmanship. You will be given an example of this after the city tour (Astrid Starrermayr).
