School classes in search of symphonic traces

An innovative discovery tour through Linz invites school classes to discover the life and work of the famous composer Anton Bruckner and his connection to the city of Linz. With the help of the interactive smartphone app hublz, exciting information is revealed at Bruckner locations in the city, music is heard, puzzles are solved and points are earned.

"No time!" Anton Bruckner often says. What does he have to do before he can finally get on with composing his Linz Symphony? The pupils find out together. Will they manage to complete all the tasks?

"Anton and the Detectives" is part of the "Bruckner 200" series, which offers interactive tours through communities that had a major influence on the composer Anton Bruckner. The hublz app turns the walk into an interactive experience. Participants learn interesting facts about Anton Bruckner, enjoy his music and discover some of Linz's secrets.

And this is how it works: download the hublz app and start the tour on Linz's main square. The tour is partially barrier-free and takes about 120 minutes over a distance of approx. 3 km. The tour ends back at Linz's main square.
