From farm shop to organic fresh market

Starting out as a small farm shop in 1990, our organic range has grown steadily and is now a colourful, full organic range. The principle of offering food in 100% organic quality - from apples to toothbrushes - has remained the same.

Fresh, colourful & unpackaged

Our fruit and vegetable counter presents itself in all the colours of the rainbow. Depending on the season, you will find around 200 different types of fruit and vegetables of the highest organic quality and from selected, long-standing partner farms. Many products also come from our own farm. For example, many salads, root vegetables, snake cucumbers and winter vegetables. Most of our organic fruit and vegetables are unpackaged. This means you can buy the quantity you need without any packaging.

Our well-stocked delicatessen counter offers cheese specialities made from cow's, sheep's and goat's milk, ham, bacon, meat and sausage products as well as antipasti and home-cooked dishes. Fresh roast pork, homemade spreads, various dumpling specialities or seasonal quiche from the organic culinary delights complete the range.

We rely on long-standing, regional organic partners for meat and fish. Most of these family farms have their own slaughterhouse and process the meat directly. For us, respectful and responsible treatment of animals is important - we make no compromises here.

A large selection of bread and pastries from the bakeries Mauracher, Brotsüchtig, Einfalt and Keimlingsbäcker as well as homemade cakes can be found in our bread and cake counter.

Combine your shopping with a relaxed visit to our Bio-Kulinarium, our certified organic restaurant. While the children explore our play corner, you can unwind over breakfast, lunch or cake and coffee.
