Trail AV 820

This short mountain tour leads to a popular summit in the Höllengebirge.

This scenic mountain hike begins in Weißenbach. Opposite the Fachberg bridge, the hiking trail no. 820 leads up to the Schobersteinspitze. This is 1,035 metres high. There you can enjoy a marvellous view from two summit points. The descent then follows the same route. After the hike, you have the option of visiting the "Rotbuche" happiness spot behind the Hotel Post in Weißenbach.

There is a large parking lot on the avenue in Weißenbach next to the B152. There ist a fee from June to August: € 4.00 a day.
