About the play:
Ingmar Bergman's SCENES OF A MARRIAGE - now the other way around! is a completely new version of this great classic and we are particularly proud to be able to bring the German-language premiere of this version to Grein.

In it, the established ideas of the man-woman relationship are turned completely on their head: For now it is SHE who leaves HIM for a young lover, it is she who breaks out of the structure of bourgeois marriage: a modern woman who shakes up traditional views of gender roles - and thus sets herself and her husband on a surprising path to emancipation.

With Julia Cencig and Simon Hatzl, we once again have a star cast at our disposal, who will be fighting a duel with plenty of wit and sharp wit, in which many exciting questions about relationships are raised. Look forward to great acting and an entertaining evening of theater with depth that encompasses all facets of theater!
