By train and bus:
Rail passengers choose the railway stations Passau, Linz or Amstetten on the Westbahn line. Use the train as a convenient means of getting to your Danube holiday.
The Donauuferbahn brings its guests more comfortably to the towns on the left bank of the Strudengau or the Mühlkreisbahn from Linz to the Mühlviertel.

This special train for cyclists runs daily from 1 May to 26 October and can carry 75 bicycles:

If you come by car from the direction of Munich or Regensburg, use the highway A1 (Salzburg - Linz) or the highway A8 (Passau - Linz).
If you are coming from Vienna, take the A1 motorway (Vienna - Linz).
