The now completed loft on the upper floor can accommodate 120 people for celebrations. The successful loft is enriched with a large open fireplace, as it should be in a Hafnerhaus. The sky lounge on the 2nd floor of the loft offers a beautiful distant view of the evening sun. The highlight, however, is the 400-year-old river stone wall with numerous ceramic inclusions, which was renovated by the heritage office itself.
However, the Hafnerhaus is not exclusively intended for events. The 200 m² loft under the roof truss is rented out to a picture gallery. The tax consultant TU-Linz works in the front part of the upper floor. The front rooms are rented by Bäckerei-Cafe Winkler from Mauthausen, the rear rooms on the ground floor are still available for rent.
The historic premises with the cross vaults are designed for catering purposes, and the premises will offer seating for approx. 40 people.
