A rebellious young singer from Linz, with an enormous urge for her own dynamics, sets an unconventional example in the 2003 final of the casting show Starmania, which has a decisive positive influence on her future. She sings her favourite song, even if it means that she is not going to win. The result: an unprecedented success story that could not be written in a better dramaturgical way.
