CANTALENTIA has stood for diversity of sound since 1973. At its concerts, the mixed choir from Linz shows how varied and entertaining choral music can be. From Renaissance to rock anthems, from Carinthian songs to gospel: the musical focus is on sophisticated choral literature from all eras and styles as well as surprising arrangements of well-known pieces. At the Advent concert, you can also look forward to an atmospheric mix of touching sacred works and popular Christmas song classics for the most wonderful time of the year. Contributions from the choir's own wind ensemble and Advent texts to make you smile round off the program.
