our new, 29 m² Industrial Studio am Neuen Dom (in a Gründerzeit house from 1880), which is located on the ground floor. The completely newly renovated toilet is outside the studio across the hall (to avoid odor nuisance in the studio) and is at your sole disposal. It has an infrared heater that is temperature-controlled and provides cozy warmth (please see the photos). The studio has 2 single beds 90x200 which can be moved to a double bed if desired. We designed and built the bathroom ourselves. It is separated from the rest of the room and equipped with a washbasin and a shower cubicle. The dining area is right next to the large window (equipped with a radio shutter). A parking garage space can be rented for a fee per night. The 30 m² living room is equipped with a kitchenette, dining area and a 2 temperature zone wine fridge. The living area offers 3 relaxation units and a pull-out double bed (150x200) for additional sleeping options, a 55 inch TV (film video library for a fee) with Internet, Alexa and WLAN 80 Mbit/s, fiber optic cable that is freely available. Our well-equipped bathroom welcomes you with a 2 meter wide shower with non-slip tiled floor, Grohe shower fittings, a designer vanity, a large mirror with integrated TV and a stylish make-up table with magnifying mirror.
