Römergut farm is perfect for cyclists!
Altitude: 281 m
Our farm is located on the ground of the ancient Roman settlement Lauriacum, where the Roman legions stayed as early as in the 3rd century A.D. Therefore, many hidden treasures can still be found around the farm.
Our farm is close to the cycling trail on the southern shore of the Danube between Donau and Enns. From here, it is only 4.5 km to the Enns/Mauthausen/St. Pantaleon ferryboat, and only 1.5 km to the Enns municipal tower.
We offer great activities for everybody, be it relaxation and recreation, sports or day trips to the many interesting places in the surrounding area.
So many attractions: Enns Roman museum, Bruckner Stift St. Florian monastery, capital city of Linz, cycling, Nordic Walking, hiking, fishing in the Danube, swimming, water ski at the Hohenlohe Au-See lake, mini golf, golf, tennis….
Our farm boasts:
* social gatherings in our cozy inner courtyard
* spacious guest rooms furnished in traditional style (can also be used as family rooms for up to 4 persons)
* treasure hunt on the Roman settlement
We specialise in catering to cyclists!
