Parking lots are available at the municipal office, depot, and indoor swimming pool. We follow the yellow signs "Schlögener Blick". The path takes us over forest and meadows through the villages Dorf, Oedt, Schlögenleithen to the well-known viewpoint. Gehzeit erreichbar. Vom begehbaren Bergfried hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick in das darunterliegende Eferdinger Becken. Der Wanderweg beginnt direkt vor dem Gemeindeamt und ist mit gelben Hinweistafeln ausreichend beschildert. **Tipp** Zum höchsten Aussichtspunkt im Gemeindegebiet (563 m) führt der Kalvarienbergweg. In 30 Min. Gehzeit erreicht man die Kalvarienberg-Kapelle. Hier hat man bei guter Fernsicht einen Blick vom Mühlviertel bis zum Dachsteinmassiv. *Der Haibacher Christoph Zeller war einst neben Stefan Fadinger großer Bauernführer.
