You can do something for your health at 6 Kneipp stations. Combined with the fitness trail, you can explore Lake Ranna over a length of up to 6.5 kilometres with Kneipp and fitness stations. Ideal for families, senior citizens and those seeking relaxation. A total of 16 stations along the 6.5 km nature trail around the Ranna reservoir are available for physical fitness. The exercises are simply described on a total of 32 boards and also illustrated with a figure. From cardiovascular training, strengthening, balance training, stretching and brain gym to the foot adventure world at the tenth station, there is plenty of training for young and old to keep you fit and healthy. In the middle of the two paths, you cross the so-called "Konzinger Steg" - a small wooden bridge from where you have a picturesque view of the lake and Oberkappel.
