There are 8 motor skills stations here for the whole family to train and have fun. The "Fit & Fun" Kneipp trail was built in May 2021 as part of the "175 years of Kneipp therapy in Strudengau" Leader project. Along the idyllic Kneipp trail (total length approx. 4.5 km), around halfway from the "Kasmühle" to the "Waldandacht", there are 8 motor skills stations with many exercise options for the whole family. Many different exercises for each of the stations are described on informative overview boards. We recommend using the "Fit & Fun" route as part of a hike or a run along the Kneipp Trail, as the route is roughly the same distance when you finish the circuit. If you only want to use the Fit & Fun route, we recommend starting at the Kreuzen Castle car park.
