In 75 boxes (each measuring 50cm x 40cm x 30cm), MATILDA offers designers, craftspeople and creative minds a local space to present their home-made products. Private individuals and tradespeople have the opportunity to sell their own works of art, handmade items, gifts and culinary specialities of all kinds in the shop. A wide variety of products guarantees a broad audience that would otherwise not be reached.

In addition to the arts and crafts shop "Matilda", there is also the small café "Matilda's Oma" in the next room. Here guests can feel as if they are visiting their grandma. There is filter coffee, lemonade, various cakes as well as chive bread and the like. With 8 seats, this charming café is definitely an insider tip!

Eva Hargassner was already making Venetian masks at the age of 15 and selling them at a small market in Schärding. She soon realised that she really enjoyed giving free rein to her creativity.
During her 28 years working as a bank clerk, she gained very valuable experience and would never want to miss this time.

In search of adventure, she decided to take a three-month break in 2017 to work as a dairymaid on an unpowered mountain pasture in Salzburg. Even before this time, she realised that she wanted to turn her favourite hobbies into a career and open her own small shop.
