Another type of fruit is quickly added to the mix. The flavour architect tickles stunningly good creations out of simple fallen fruit on her Enns city farm. Cider has always been produced on the peaceful Sacherl - in the middle of Austria's oldest city. The drinks from the Maleninsky farm now only have the basic ingredients in common with the simple thirst quencher made by farmers in the fields in the past. Karin's refined sense of flavour, her love of experimentation and her passion for the surrounding nature and her craft have given rise to completely new products: from classic ciders to vinegars, natural pear caviar and "Seccos". Her Seccos are sparkling wines made from fruit from her own garden and the surrounding area, enriched with interesting natural flavours. *Mosecco, Hollersecco, Marillosecco, Redhotsecco* - the name says it all. Anyone who tries *Redhotsecco* or *MarilloSecco* will quickly realise that it is an unprecedented explosion of flavour. And because Karin is constantly working on innovations and always taking her products to an extraordinary level, there are Zero SECCOs, tasty and fine alcohol-free alternatives for the followers of "Sober Curiosity" - all those who choose not to drink alcohol for personal or wellness reasons.
