Thom Feichtner’s customers have been marvelling at his lovingly handcrafted glassware for over 30 years. The artist’s glasses are dishwasher safe as well as being resistant to acids and heat because he uses borosilicate glass as his base material, which is extremely robust when in use due to its chemical composition. The following products, which are handcrafted exclusively in Thom Feichtner’s own workshop, are available from the studio on Schopperplatz: Drinking glasses, glasses for children, wine glasses, decanters, beer glasses, schnapps glasses, glassware for coffee, tea and desserts, decorative spheres, stars, glass figures, wind chimes made of glass. “blue danube wave” – Feichtner’s connection with the River Danube is clearly apparent in his “blue danube wave” range. Visitors are welcome to visit the workshop on Schopperplatz, where they may even get the chance to see the artist at work.
