Besides brook and rainbow trout, pike, doctor fish, carp bream and wels catfish, there are also zander and carp in the waters of the Ranna. The Ranna and the two lakes of the Ranna are situated 3-10 km outside of Pfarrkirchen. Parking facilities are available. A) Artificial lake: At the left side of the Ranna, from the confluence of the rivers Osterbach and Grenzbach in Oberkappel until the dam wall, as well as the right side of the Ranna until the dam wall. Fishing is possible from sunrise to sunset. 3 fishing rods, feeding is allowed up to 2 litres; fishing at the boat is not allowed. B) Ranna river: From the confluence of the Osterbach until the Langmühle; fishing is only permitted with the fly! Restrictions: Only 3 game fishes a day, max. 7 fishes.
