We produce natural cheese, jams, award-winning fruit juices, cider and excellent brandies, as well as meat (from Pesenbachtaler Weideochsen). Slow Food. Regional. Conscious. Delicious. The well-known delicacies from our own farm, such as the hearty roast pork from the wood-fired oven, are available from Thursday to Sunday from 10 am - 8 pm. If you order in advance, you will be delighted with our Reindl meal with bacon and greaves dumplings and all kinds of tasty home cooking. For a snack, there is the hearty Schlagerbrettl, pork shankerlsulz and crispy fresh salads as well as various types of cheese from our own farm cheese dairy.
