Lock R1.15 Three saddle round in St. Nikola

Due to a landslide, the Achleiten goods road on the R1.15 Drei Sattel loop is CLOSED to all traffic. Please do not ignore this closure! Due to the extent of the damage, the closure is expected to last until spring 2025.

The 3 Sattel-Runde R1.15 can only be travelled via the following diversions (additional 4-5 km). From the closure, please follow the Struden goods road southwards to the Danube. Then follow the B3 for approx. 800 metres (watch out for the busy main road) heading east (St. Nikola) and then turn left onto the Langenbach-Landesstraße. Now follow the Langenbach-Landesstraße for approx. 2.2 kilometres until you reach the end of the barrier again. Here you can turn right onto Güterweg Sattl and follow the R1.15 route.

ATTENTION: Please note that both the B3 federal road and the Langenbach country road are busy motorways without cycle lanes, so caution is advised.
