Closure of the Danube Cycle Route R1 in the Langer Haufen area

Due to construction work on the Donaulände in the ‘Langer Haufen’ area in the **municipality of Pupping**, the Danube Cycle Route R1 will be closed from **9 November 2026** (weekdays: Monday to Friday).

To comply with environmental requirements, the construction machinery must operate mainly from the Treppelweg. The construction work will continue until **March 2027**, with a weather-related break between Christmas and mid-February.

Please follow the signposted diversion in place at the site.
