The Aichinger wine and fruit estate has been a proud Upper Austrian winery in the centre of the Eferding Basin since 1997. Here, the revitalisation of winegrowing in Upper Austria was driven forward and winegrower Bernhard Aichinger continues to inspire with new cultivation experiments.

Excellent red and white wines ripen on the southern slopes of Hilking, which accompany tasty snacks in the estate's own wine tavern every year from April to the end of October. In addition to the high-calibre quality wines, friends of good taste can also enjoy fine brandies, home-made fruit juices with fruit from the region and their own orchard, freshly baked bread and whisky. Winemaker Bernhard Aichinger and his mother Elisabeth Aichinger and her team look forward to your visit to the farm shop or wine tavern!

Freshly baked farmhouse bread (2kg loaf) from Elisabeth is available every Saturday morning in the farm shop.
Heurigen opening hours during the season: Saturday and Sunday from 4pm, as well as Whit Monday and Easter Monday - telephone reservation on +43 7273 6050

The wine and fruit estate was founded in 1997 from Matthias Aichinger's original fruit-growing business and expanded to include around 7 hectares of vineyards. Fine brandies and whisky are distilled in the estate's own distillery. The range of wines includes Grüner Veltliner, Chardonnay and Riesling as well as Blauer Burgunder, Zweigelt and Gelber Muskateller. These fine wines as well as homemade fruit juice variations can be savoured in the wine tavern "Zum Weinblick" every year during the wine tavern season from April to the end of October. The cold snacks served there offer regional specialities such as potato cheese, bacon bread, crusty belly or beef salad. The accompanying bread comes from mum Elisabeth Aichinger's own bakery. Here too, only the best ingredients from the region are used. The Heurige is also ideal for celebrations, and large groups can also pre-order a warm roast with coleslaw and potatoes or warm ribs. Colourful snack buffets spoil your guests and can also be ordered for collection. Quality is our top priority. We only serve in the Heurigen what we like to eat and drink ourselves. Our farm shop is open all year round from Tuesday to Friday from 8am to 12pm and from 1pm to 6pm, and every Saturday from 8am to 12pm.
The business was taken over by son Bernhard Aichinger, who trained as an oenologist in Klosterneuburg, and expanded to include a few new wines and the cultivation of apricots and cherries.
